Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying shipments.
- Use Microsoft Excel and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
- Assist with organizing and staging materials for production and shipping.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support other warehouse or production tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior forklift operating experience required.
- Valid CDL preferred but not required.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Forklift certification.
- Experience working with inventory or logistics systems.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing / warehouse environment.
- Requires standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods.
